Rod Seiler - Partner

Biographical Information

Rod Seiler joined Allen Austin as a Partner with more than twenty-five years in various industries where he has held sales, marketing and management positions.  Rod’s practice areas include Insurance, Legal, Construction, Engineering and Transportation.

Prior to joining Allen Austin, Rod lead the Houston operation for SEA, Ltd., a national forensic engineering firm.  His client list consisted of most of the national insurance companies, manufactures and law firms.  His responsibilities included five years of branch management and five years sales and sales management in the St. Louis and Chicago Offices.

Rod worked in the construction business for seven years in commercial roof consulting and with a general contractor specializing in disaster restoration. In addition, he has experience in various industries including American Hospital Supply, Motorola and United Services of St. Louis.

Rod’s consulting practice for Allen Austin focuses on all aspects of the insurance, legal, construction, engineering and transportation industries as well as general management and business development searches for medium and Fortune 500 companies.

Rod’s active listening skills contribute to his consultative needs analysis approach for client satisfaction.  His business development style focuses on building relationships rather than selling, by doing so he creates a true consultation service for his clients. Combining a thorough work process with client needs analysis makes for successful results

Rod resides in Houston.  His outside activities include golf, volunteer work, running and fishing.
